Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before utilizing the nursehired platform. They outline what you expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Last updated: March 25, 2025

TL;DR: Play nice, speak the truth on your profile, and understand that we are the bridge between nurses and employers, not the ultimate employer ourselves.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the nursehired platform ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2Platform Description

nursehired serves as an employment matchmaking platform connecting registered nurses, nursing professionals, and healthcare facilities. We facilitate the initial match and tracking. We do not act as an employer or agency.

3User Roles & Accounts

  • For Nurses: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your credentials and qualifications. Falsified licenses are strictly prohibited and result in permanent bans.
  • For Employers: You agree to only post authentic and currently active job openings. Discriminatory job postings are prohibited under law.

4Content Guidelines

You retain copyright to the content you upload (resumes, logos). However, by uploading, you grant us a license to display this content on the Platform to execute our services. Any inappropriate content (hate speech, spam, irrelevant material) will be actively moderated and removed.

5Limitation of Liability

While we vet our users and facilities, nursehired is not responsible for the direct actions, omissions, or employment disputes that may occur after a connection is made on the platform. Any contracts or agreements are strictly between the healthcare professional and the hiring facility.
